Will Legendary skins alter power looks?

Since the next patch seems to be bringing legendary outfits for killers, I have to ask: Will Legendary skins alter killer's powers visually?

For example, Oni is supposedly getting a Minotaur legendary skin, will this change his kanabo in any way? And if billy were to ever get a skin, would it alter his chainsaw? Just curious.
