Can we have an icon showing the items in a lobby?

I'm mostly asking this because it's going to be better for people playing at the lowest graphics.

In this picture there's a key. I personally play dbd windowed with medium resolution because I have some pc problems and it works great, but if I have to stare at every survivor's hand just to realise if they have a key so I can keep that in mind I can safely say that I won't have a good time.

Btw how did I notice the key? The way she holds her hand is somewhat different and I saw a pixel or two when she moved.
