You guys need to talk with Stephen King to get the license to put PennyWise in the game.

I think PennyWise can be a good killer because of its ability to make survivors afraid and gain strength through fear. 

Bill Denbrough and Beverly Marsh, two fearless survivors with a good ability to stay strong in times of stress.

    It's not as simple as you seem to be implying.

    The licensing for Pennywise is not as simple as 'having conversations with Stephen King', it all comes down to legal documents, likeness rights and meetings.

    Stephen King has been known to be very protective of the license, so it would probably take ages for him (Pennywise) to appear in the game, I'd say it would be saved for an anniversary chapter.
