when can we buy rift cosmetics?

The devs have mentioned that the cosmetics that appear in the rifts will be purchasable at a later time in the store with a regular purchase.

Well it's been 8 months since the first rift in tome one released and that is a very long time so I was wondering when will we be getting that option?

    They said 6 months at least after the Rift closes and for seasonal Cosmetics, when it fits (like the Nurse Halloween-Skin).

    Yeah but the trapper and claudette skins are not as harshly tied to that rule

    they said those kins will be in shopf ofter 6moths to a year after the first rift close
