Why move posts out of the general discussions?

The area is for general discussions meaning anything relative to the game should be allowed. Just because it's not under the specific section of forums doesnt mean it cant go under general. Were more focused on forums than fixing the game properly. Awesome

    They made a subforum for discussion related to the PTB.

    I assumed that was obvious.

    The purpose of the PTB feedback section is so the devs have one area where they can read all the feedback from the PTB.

    If everyone starts posting in the general discussion section then it'll be mixed up with the posts not relating to the PTB. This could lead the devs missing some feedback about the PTB changes. There are a lot of posts in the general discussions section so it's easier for feedback to get buried several pages deep.

    General discussion is not a free ticket for posting, thus i dont understand why the Mods dont close all the same complain threads. Theyre just trashing the forum with numbers of threads, but not a single real discussion.

    So no one can read them, not even devs. PTB feedback is just a disguised trashbin for posts, so the general discussion will be looking good for majority of the members here.

    Then, the devs will just say there's no complain at all, so they'll think "we did a pretty good job so far"

    Whether the devs care about feedback or not is irrelevant. You asked why do they move the discussions and I answered it the best I can. I can't really say any more than that.
