Status conditions
Now let's talk about the problematic ones.
Blindness: This had always had the problem with being a very niche status condition. It usually either requires you to hope that the survivor has an aura perk or run a slug build to make use of it.
Base aura reading is not very impactful to justify the perk sometimes. Aura reading at base is usually locked to downed survivors and survivors on hook. Hence why slugging is usually used with blindness as for hooking due to the hook bubble it won't be too hard to find people on hook even though you're blind as long as you pay attention.
As survivor aura reading perks add-ons and items you usually have absolutely no idea if a survivor has it until you either see evidence of it for example object of obsession or until you see the final tally screen.
Personally I feel like blindness itself needs a bit of an overhaul to make it a little bit more viable.
This would also help with a perk the third seal and any blindness add-ons.
Hemorrhage- How do I put this kindly unless you're using bloodhound this sucks usually there are a lot better tracking tools at your disposal besides blood stains and even then you don't really need blood stains to be excessive to be able to pin down where a survivor is.
Personally I do feel like hemorrhage also needs a nice little bonus affect to make it a little bit more threatening this would also give people a more valid reason to actually heal to get rid of it.
As for the perks this will boost are bloodhound and blood echoes as well as the hemorrhage add-ons literally nobody uses
