I like the direction of the balance changes
It's clear that they are normalizing the strength of killers. Weak killers are getting buffed. Top killers got nerfed. This is good because this lets them buff perks without making it too strong on the top killers and not needing to make it too strong for it to be good on weak killers. For example, a perk that requires downs might not be that good on a weak killer but on a top killer that can down easily, it will be significantly stronger. At this point, all the top killers have been nerfed: Nurse, Spirit, Freddy, and Billy. This is why we are finally seeing buffs to old perks. I expect to see more buffs to perks in the future too. Another benefit of normalizing the strength of killers is higher killer diversity. We won't have to play the same top killers always anymore.
