I think it's interesting. In regards to balanced and fair game, only time will tell. I can see that they are trying to make both have an element of patience where they cant just chuck instant down saw anytime, there is a punish, which is good. Adds element of skill and thought to a game that needs it.
I dont know why everyone is saying "Damn devs, nerfing more killers. I quit" before they've even seen performance XD
