Autodidact is only good for the end game. With full tokens a good skill check can fill the whole bar. However, without skill checks and the build up, you have nothing.

nope situational. not good. getting 3 heals 4 daily is hard enough in 1 game.

It has great potential, but it relies on RNG. It's a fun perk all in all.
