Charm Rework / Event crown that would work with the current licenses
Charms were a good Idea but they could improve the game A LOT if they changed a bit.
I had this idea while thinking about the crown head cosmetics.
How about charms get their XZY values from the item itself instead of the hard coded position on the hips.
(if item has xyz values use those, if not use the default hip placement)
Something like the event crown would be an addon to your chosen cosmetics rather than a variation of the default head cosmetic.
Also, since charms don't seem to be a problem license-wise, that way the crown would be accessible to EVERY character.
