How has this not been fixed yet? Kinda absurd. It was the main point of the event and we can't even get use out of it. Is this a company running this game or not?

Fixing it should be a piece of cake, like pushing a button or two. Perhaps they are just out in the sun resting.
just wait. You're not gonna die or anything by waiting a week or so.
Hopefully they're putting it together with a fix for the cosmetic that lets us wear it with other heads... a man can dream can't he?
