Will the legacy items return because i just tried prestiging my meg and it didnt give me the legacy

The difference between the Legacy items and the event items is that Legacy was earned before a major rework of the Bloodweb system. To award Legacy to the rest of the community would severely alienate and undermine that part of the community that has been with us since 2016.

We are all too aware that users who earned Legacy and suffered a loss of progress will be incredibly disappointed with this news. To those users: we offer our deepest apologies and hope you understand why this decision has been made."

that was what they said and don't really understand.

    No Legacy is not returning, it was given as a "one-off" back in 2016 before many of the changes were made to the game.

    What you have quoted is from our recent communications discussing whether we would be able to restore Legacy to those who have lost it.
