Madness Tier 3 too loud. Cannot hear hatch

When affected by the Doctor's third tier of madness, the random music and garbled whispering is too loud. This makes it very hard to hear the black lock.

I'd love to! Ask the Doctor to stop chasing me for 10 seconds...

    Try looking out for the hatch, It's easy to see in outdoor maps because of its top poking out of the ground.

    If you were in a chase, the music might be drowning out the hatch sound as well.
