Twitch Shirts

So why is dwight and meg the only two characters that get twitch shirts? I get why licensed characters may not have it, but it is kinda weird that only those two characters have that shirt. Is it just something you guys started and was like meh two is enough?

To be clear, I don't have one and am not asking for one. I just initially thought there was a twitch shirt for all of the survivors who were not licensed and found out recently only two survivors have it.

    I imagine they were the two most popular characters at the time the shirts were created, which IIRC wasn't too long after the game released, so they didn't have much competition.
