For example teleporting survivors and suddenly red marks dissapereance,for example i were pursuing a russian and despite I saw him going a corridor running there were no scratchmarks (not poised or marks perks related )

That sounds more like a game bug than lag...
it happened to me with people from russia and such why i had decent ping
