Perk consolidation still happening?

Months ago i heard either paulie or King mention that the devs said they were working on making all perks have 1 tier instead of 3 to make the grind less terrible but i haven't heard anything about it sense. I can't imagine it taking this long so was the idea scrapped?

    All they said was they have talked about it. They never said they would do it or they were working on it.

    Oh well that's nice especially for new players lol. Good thing they don't have cross over events with popular IPs like Stranger Things or Silent Hill specifically to attract new players.


    Geez i love the game but they need some new leadership or something.
