Mad Grit buff suggestion

Mad Grit is kind of lacking in its current state. I think it would be cool if equipping Mad Grit gave you the ability to see the survivor's struggle progress while carrying them. It would be a neat little utility buff to the perk, and also you get to see the effects of the struggle progress pausing when you hit another survivor.

    You can already estimate how close a Survivor is to wiggling out by counting the grunts.

    iirc 10 grunts = they're escaping that grasp.
