Sound notification cages

Hi i am having a real blast playing the new killer but there is one thing I want to know.

We all know there are a lot of issues with the sound of dbd. So is it intended when somebody rescues a survivor from a cage that there is no notification?

I Am Just wondering and not suggesting any buffs or nerfs about the cages.
