Teachable Perks

Are those crystals in the store the only way to buy teachable perks?  The text in the game makes it sound like it becomes teachable when the character becomes a certain level too.  Which way is it?

    Both, you get teachable perks in the item shop and when leveling up your character. New perks cost 2700 Iridescent Shards and ones that have been in the shrine before only cost 2000 Iridescent Shards. And teachable perks will be able to be unlocked by buying it from the blood web, starting at level 30.

    So regardless if I have unlocked them via the store they will start to show up in the specific characters bloodweb at level 30?

    But if I want it to show up in **other characters** blood webs, I need to unlock it in the store.  Correct?

    No, once you unlock a teachable perk on blood web or from the store it is available for all characters. It just may take time for the perk to show. Also if you own a teachable perk already and it is available in the shrine, you can still buy it and will be rewarded a certain amount of blood points such as 150k or 250k

    EKHM.

    Once you get to lvl 30,35,40 you'll see the teachable version of a perk of the specific survivor, kiler.
    When you pick this perk it shall appear RNG wise in other survivors/killers bloodwebs.
    If you buy from the store you won't see the teachable version of a perk on said lvl. You skip it

    The shrine is an alternative to leveling someone up to get their perks to show up on another characters web. For example, if you want self care by Claudette you have to level her up to level 40 and buy it with blood points. When you decide to level up other characters you will eventually see that perk on their web (at any level they are at, it’s random. However if the perk shows up in the shrine of secrets, you can buy it with your iridescent shards, and it will show up randomly on other characters web as you level them up. It’s essentially a shortcut to leveling up a character just to get their teachables

    The perk that belongs to that specific character is available to you from the git-go. Higher tiers will be available as you level them up. They don’t have to be level 30
