Graphics Option: Epileptic Mode

So, this point is pretty simple. Whenever I get Lerys Treatment Theatre after it's rework, I either have to go sit in the basement or quit the same, because I am an epileptic and the flashing lights are painful. There aren't many options to adjust the graphics in game (Which there shouldn't be), but an option to turn off flashing lights would be appreciated.
