Change Survivors' action priority when affected by Deep Wound

I was affected by the Legion's Deep Wound and continued to repair a gen. I looked away from the gen so that, when my Deep Wounds timer was about to end, I could stop repairing by releasing the action button and immediately press it again to begin to mend myself.

This is not what happened. Instead, my character went right back to repairing, as 'Repair' had priority over 'Mend Self.'

    Also had the misfortune of trying to unhook a Survivor, only to waste a really good pallet positioned too close to the hook (AND behind me, but it makes sense that you can drop pallets behind you for chasing purposes)
