Survivors not using perks?
I've noticed an influx of Survivors going perkless in my solo queue games lately. At first I wrote it off as veterans giving themselves an extra challenge. But now I'm seeing it every couple of matches in red ranks. Is there some inside joke going around I'm not aware of?

It's a visual bug the survivor has perks but for some reason they dont show.
