A Change to the Kindred Perk and certain Killer Perks
Hook Mechanic Interaction :
When you are on a Hook , all Survivor's Auras are revealed to all other Survivors.
When the Killer is within an 8 meter range of a Hooked Survivor, for at least more than 15 seconds , their Aura is revealed to all other Survivors for as long as they are within range of the Hook.
Kindred
When you are on a Hook , the Killer's Aura is revealed to all other Survivors for 6 seconds.
When a Survivor other than you is on a Hook , the Killer's Aura is revealed to you for 6 seconds.
When you are removed from a Hook in Struggle Phase, for the next 30 seconds , if you are being chased by the Killer , all other Survivors will receive a 2%/2.5%/3% Action Speed bonus speed towards Healing , Sabotage , Unhooking , Cleansing, and Generator repair speed progress.
Iron Maiden
You open Lockers 30%/40%/50% faster.
Survivors who exit Lockers will have their Aura revealed to you for 5 seconds and they will suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for 10 seconds and an additional 5 seconds for each second spent hiding in a Locker up to a maximum of 40/50/60 seconds.
Rancor
Tweak : Grants the Killer the ability to kill the Obsession by their own Hand when all Generators have been completed when the Obsession has been hooked at least once.
Hex : Thrill of the Hunt
For each Dull Totem remaining on the map , gain a Token.
Gain 10% more Bloodpoints for Actions in the Hunter category for each Token.
Survivors' cleansing speed is reduced by 4%/5%6% for each Token.
Each time a Survivor is hooked , time between gaining Bloodlust during Chase is decreased by 10% up to a maximum of 50%.
Gain a notification when someone starts working on a Hex Totem.
The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.

This is all way too survivor sided. Sorry, but the devs have these perks better handled in their current form than what I read above.
For the record, I'd literally face camp Everytime if I knew the survivors had any kind of kindred. I want them to to see my killer aura form nose to nose with their friend, so they'll stay on their gens and leave my trophy meat hook.
