DS counterpart

so i've seen lots of people in the forums complain about DS being op, so how about a perk that everytime a survivor gets unhooked, any one of the other 3 survivors randomly get downed? It would make the game fair, because if the hooked survivor you tunneled uses DS, you won't have to worry, because an other survivor will be downed for you to hook

Pyramid Head has the capability to negate Decisive Strike, Borrowed Time, Second Wind, We'll Make It etc.
