single player and mini games modes
Greetings beHaviour and fellow people of the fog
I have been playing DbD for sometime now(400hrs) and have noticed a few things that i'm sure others have noticed too. These following factors(toxic players, dc'ers, campers, tunnelers, sore losers, sore winners, bad matchmaking) can really take the fun and enjoyment away from the game which is why i suggest the following modes to not only help de-stress players but also to curb frustration and raise enjoyment. The details for these modes are as follows:
single player mode :
Killer side:
Players choose a killer and spawns in the killer shack, outside a party is happening and the entity wants the killer to kill all the party goers and sacrifice them to the entity. The killer however must not be seen being violent or the party goers will call the cops to have the killer arrested.so it's like a parody of the game party hard but taking place in the dbd universe.Same maps can be used , gates can be open for cops( 2 tapps in different outfits) to appear. stages end if killer is arrested or if all party goers are sacrificed.I think rewards should stay contained within single player mode, like bp to level single player killers.
Optional; was thinking about this just before i decided to create this suggestion.Co-op; invite a friend to help you kill the party goers but everything should double then, more party goers and more rewards.
Survivor side:
Players start at the fire place and choose a survivor but the view is isometric. Survivor can explore around the camp fire for other options including the game start which is a gate that is open. Once survivor goes into gate, the level loads, each level is always random and survivor objective is to collect items and escape. If survivor is spotted by AI Killer, survivor must run and hide in a locker which killer will follow survivor to but leave since it can't see the survivor.Once all items are collected , gate is open and survivor must run there to escape before killer finds them.If survivor is found by killer, survivor respawns at the camp site. So it's a like a parody of Boris and the dark survival but in the dbd universe.
mini games mode:
mini game 1: Practical practice
I thought of this while waiting for a match to start.Yes, match making does not take as long as it use to however after a bad match, it would be nice to do something to help you relax. So while in the killer or survivor screen before joining a lobby, one of the following items will appear which the play can interact with. ie, generator which survivor can repair or a killer can kick, a pallet which a killer can kick or totem which a survivor can break and a crow flying by which player can click on.All the of above grants minor rewards(bp,addons, offerings, etc) while also giving the player practical practice for the next game.A new item would appear every minute or so.
Mini game 2:Entity bingo
Once a week 2 cards(survivor and killer) are given to players and players receive a stamp based on the survivor or killer they run into after the match. Once the a player has seen a complete row(vertical, horizontal or diagonal), player receives a reward.Common reward for survivors and a rare reward for killer as killers card will be harder to fill.
If the week is complete and player did not complete their cards, their cards are recycled into some bp and new cards are received for the next week.
Mini game 3: matched offerings
Players usually burn offerings for various reasons but what if their offerings not only did the desired effect but matching 3 to 5 of them would also yield a new result. Matching can be color or of a kind and at the end of the game, players(survivors and killers) receive bonus benefits or rewards from the offerings.
thank you for reading to the bottom and please consider and even up vote if you like the above.
