Penalty for leaving
Yeah... but why am I getting punished if the game crashes bcoz of the files, it doesn't happen often, but after a month a lot of people will be left with 1/6/24 h penalties if their game close itself again.
There is no info in the status update about the penalties beeing abolished after certain period of time or after number of games played without leaving. We only know that every ban will be longer untill it reaches 24h.
It doesn't fix anything, you can still ######### on the first hook 1 minute into a game. The killer can still go to a corner of a map and alt+tab to watch a youtube video while 4 other players must do 5 gens to get out with 6k points and a black or -1 pip.
Results are longer que times, even more frustraiting and toxic behaviour and a ######### ton of people angry about it.
I'd rather have dc's from time to time and jump into another game immediately than having to deal with all of this constantly.

just from personal experience ive never had the game crash on me so its hard at least for me to see this happening all the time to equal the longer ban times also im almost certain the ban time gets reset i forgot how long but i think it was a week or a month and it resets
My brother had to quit because he would occasionally crash and get nailed with 5 and 15 minute penalties. That's why I stopped playing survivor because he was the last person I personally knew that played the game.
