Custom perk: "Hex: Exhaustion" | General thoughts?
Well, this is my first post, therefore excuse if I may have mistaken this category for the adequate one. Anyway, I came up with this little perk - and please excuse the lacking creativity concerning the choice of the perk's image. I think for gameplay purposes it lacks the necessary importance right now.
The perk's general idea is quite simple and please considered as the main thing to be discussed. The values are only very experimental as of right now. However, I would also appreciate critics in this regard, primariliy though regarding the idea behind the perk and ways to alternate it. Furthermore, if there are any grammatical and/or formatting mistakes/issues, please feel free to mention them. (Please excuse the ad on the central left part of the picture, I did not put it there.)
