Myers and Obsessions
The obsession mechanic debuted with the Halloween chapter. Since then we have had many perks that incorporate this feature. However, Myers himself has nothing in his kit that really exemplifies this mechanic. Yes his perks do, and all three are pretty good in certain situations. (Maybe not dying light)
I think Myers should have some aspect of his power that takes advantage of there being an obsession. Maybe increased stalk rate, or increased stalk pool?
Something to tie the feature into the killer that introduced it.
(Same with hag for totems)

obsessions means nothing, every survivor's obsession perk say "you become the obsession", like it's something I should care or being scared of. They should make being the obsession a real threat, so that at least there's some kind of risk involved in running such perks.
Well that's where his addons come in.
Yeah like Judith's journal. That gives him faster stalk when stalking the obsession. You run nemesis with that and you'll be hitting tier 3 for days.
