To be honest, almost all new killers are a deception to me, weak power and especially weak new perks, so I was thinking about a in game refund system, this should work like this:

Now you can sell your survivors/killers/skins for ⅕ of it's auric cells price, or half of it's shards price.

Killers that you didn't bought with auric cells or shards can't be sold.

In my opinion this system will be fair and I think it shouldnt do a lot of difference for a large amount of players

    Nope, you can inform yourself before purchasing something and they do say that everything can be changed in the future, and by purchasing you agree to their terms.

    but the only time that was really drastic was MoM tbh, and that was justified.

    if you dont like content, dont buy it in the first place.

    there are thousands of gameplay streams / videos out there you can use to inform yourself about the characters abilities, playstyles and perks.

    The game doesn’t meant to be pay to win. But in a live game like this anything can be changed any time (See Freddy). New killers are not half bad. Oni is one if the best ones, an PH seems promising as well. And about their perks, there is usually at least 1 that is good or even brokenly good but on an already released killer.
