Hawkins Lab - Survivor can crawl to a position killers can't pick them up.

I downed a survivor who was trying to sabo a hook, and they were able to position themselves as pictured to the right of the hook.

They were not originally there and crawled into this position.

I haven't tried to recreate this to see what map variations cause it, but if I can get a group together to test this out, I'll post my findings here.
