Does tier 3 iron will combined with calm spirit give trapper sound blips or just a sound?

so I’ve been playing for a year now but never leveled up Jake until now and I had this quick question about his perks because it would make sense any info would be great thanks this question also applies to hag thanks.

    What are you meaning?
    Iron will makes you completely silent when youre injured. Calm spirit makes you silent when you get hit, shocked, intoxicated. Like when a Huntress hits you with your hatchet you dont scream combined with iron will you wont start making grants of pain.Same like when youre running into trapper or hag traps. Theres no "AH" just a "blrrrr" or a "clack".

    Btw Iron Will is at the same tier with selfcare, it's soo good for stealth, stealth jukes and loops/jukes itselfs.
