PS4 - Stuck Under Hook on Wrecker's Yard after being saved in basement

Playing as Ash with Borrowed Time, Leader, Bond, and Dead Hard. Hooked in the basement, get rescued by teammate, and become unable to move out from under the hook. I dead hard to try to break out, but I'm still stuck. Killer hooks me again. I'm able to get unhooked and free on the next save.

    Had the same issue on a hook next to an exit on a wrecker's map. Playing with David King using Spine Chill, Sprint Burst, Premonition and Dark Sense. I could not move out of under the hook neither could the killer pick me up. After another survivor died on the same hook I was able to move away again and the killer was able to pick me up.

    Happened on PC, though.
