Bug: Pallet Stunned Killer Not Dropping Survivors

Issue: Twice within the past couple of weeks, there has been a bug with pallet stuns. In both situations, a survivor went down at a pallet. The killer (Deathslinger and Ghost Face (I think)) picked up the survivor. I ran over and pallet stunned the killer. I got points for the stun, but the killer did not drop the survivor.

EDIT: It was the Clown, not Ghost Face
