Why is my Legion cursed?

I've tried several different killers (mm, trapper, doctor, billy) and havent had much trouble finding a match. But I want to try Legion really badly. Everytime I try I give up after waiting 30 minutes. I'm just a level 20 killer (lol) so why can all but Legion find a match???

    I've found that happens with Spirit, I just find a game as Leatherface or something and switch to Spirit when I'm in the lobby.

    Oh shoot..I completely forgot I could switch characters in lobby! So dumb of me!!!
