Gen blocking perks (dead mans/thrilling) should auto start regression after their block is lifted.
Regression during the period in which they are blocked is op. that's just free regression that survivors can do nothing about and im very glad that bhvr hasn't allowed that with these perks as that would be very strong.
But regression afterwards as if you'd hit the gen? that seems fair to me. if your applying all the pressure you can with dms and manage to hook an obsession, and get them off a gen their working on. when the timer runs out, if it started regression on that gen it wouldn't be too mad a buff to give. same with thrilling tremors : having regression start on gens that aren't being worked on after 16s of a player being picked up would make it an insanely good yet balanced gen control perk.
