How often does this happen?

I was playing against a Wraith and during a chase I dropped a pallet. He managed to get stuck in the center of the pallet. He only got freed because i had Any Means Necessary. Resetting the pallet didn't free him. I had to reset it and stun him again to free him. I've had this happen to me twice. How often does this happen?

I didn’t experience this but read recently that this happens rarely to killers and survivors.

in one of my matches today, a surv was stuck in a pallet though after/while vaulting it, it was a Meg that was then stuck flying directly above the pallet. The killer didn’t destroy the pallet and no one had the Yui Perk equipped..
