My idea for a shrine rework

With over 100 unique perks in game, it has come to a point where the chance of a specific perk that you want appearing on the shrine is very slim. Buckle Up took a whole year to appear on the Shrine, while this week Camaraderie is the first perk from the Stranger Things chapter to appear on the shrine, which was released in September. There has been another culprit which has exasperated this problem and that is the Archives. Since the Archives has released they change the shrine so that perks that appear in the current rifg have a greater chance of appearing in it. This has lead to less variety in the shrine, as licensed perks have less of a chance to appear in the shrine due to original perks taking up slots for the archives. Keeping this in mind, I have thought up of a new shrine that helps alleviate this problem.

For this new shrine I am proposing, there are two parts. First is our old four-perk shrine this works as normal, with four perks appearing on a weekly basis, two for survivor and two for killer. However, perks that are related to the rift are banned from appearing in this shrine for the duration of the rift.

The second part involves a new two-perk shrine, with one perk each for survivors and killers. In this shrine, only perks that are connected to the rift are allowed, so for this rift only Dwight's, Kate's, Huntress's and Legion's perks are available on this new shrine. This allows every perk to appear at least once in six weeks, with four more weeks for any of these perks to appear a second time.

Once the rift has ended I can think of two possibilities for how to deal with the new rift. The devs could either disable the two-perk shrine, or combine the two shrines into a six-perk shrine for the few weeks between rifts. Once a new rift has activated, the two shrines go back to normal.

I think with this new shrine, it allows more opportunity for different perks to appear while still making sure players can still get the perks needed for challenges. I would like to hear your thoughts on this change.
