Hatch spawning when 2 survs still alive ?????

It was normal game(PC) on hag, pale rose, perks and add ons that i used can be seen on a screenshot. I hooked meg and she tried to escape from the hook she failed and hit struggle, someone went for the rescue and few minutes after she stepps into my trap and i hook her again, she dies, generator is repaired,i find dwight i find him, hook him he as well tries to escape, fails, doesnt even struggle, and when he dies i see that hatch has spawned and it is open, it couldnt be a key bcs 4 gens were done and 2 survs still remaining. It was honestly just a normal game, nothing special happened really exept the whole hatch thing.

    One of them DCed/Crashed while Loading and the game did not register it. It is only a 3v1 you are playing, so there is only 1 Survivor alive so Hatch did spawn.
