PLEASE tighten the matchmaking range

I would rather wait in queue than be consistently put in games with teammates who are 10+ ranks lower and quite literally have 1500 fewer hours than myself. It's just not enjoyable to play with 3 other people who don't know how to play when I've put in the time. I can't imagine it's fun for the killers to chase me either when I have over 1600 hours and they have 100. It's a barely playable experience as a red rank survivor when I get matched with 3 teammates who all manage to go down within 15 seconds to a Legion who isn't using their power, and I see postgame that they were all rank 12-16.
