something as simple as it sounds. Either a quick one time drink or even a channeled drinking that would either immediately get rid of exhaustion or progresses exhaustion quicker as you drink it.

I'd hate to see this in chases. Exhaustion perks are already strong perks, and none of them need a buff, even through items.
How about it increased your movement speed by x for x seconds?
