entitys lust - after 2 gens are done , every time a new gen is done the perk activates and when you are within 20 meters of a survivor and can see him ( the chase music starts ) as killer you can see the status of how many times the survivor has been hooked ( no times , once or twice ) for 20/30/40 seconds depending on how much you leveled up the perk
