Idea about rewards for ranks

Hey , so i just had an idea about getting rewards for your rank at each reset for both survivor and killer.

Each reset depending on what rank you have you get Experience so you can get iridescent shards because lets be honest there's only one way to get iris shards and its playing so lets add some experience as reward at the end.

I'm fine with lowering the ranks at each reset (for exemple Red rank= not rank 5 but lower).
