New player feedback on matchmaking

Hi all, fairly new to the game. I’ve been playing casually for about a month (5ish games per day, sometimes less sometimes more). Most games out of the ones that I play I am matched with players that are red ranks. This is completely ridiculous and unbalanced and is pretty much the reason why I don’t play even more every day.


Its extremely tilting to get matched with survivors who are insanely good at looping being a somewhat new player. Like I get it may be a chance to learn something but most cases it’s just infuriating..


I would rather queue longer than be matched with multiple red ranks.
