I think if you instantly heal someone with For the People, it should grant you the Altruism bloodpoints and Benevolent emblem points you would get by healing them normally. As far as I can tell, it doesn't give you either right now. So let's say you heal someone to halfway, getting 250 Altruism bloodpoints and 5 Benevolent emblem points. Using FTP in that scenario should grant you the remaining 250 bloodpoints and 5 Emblem points. If you start healing someone and immediately use FTP, it should grant you the full 500 bloodpoints and 10 Emblem points, and so on and so forth.
