Are Feng Min/The Clown allowed to win the skin contest again?
I didn't see anything about this in the rules but it would make sense for that to be a rule.

I don't see why not, if the cosmetic they choose does corrospond to that Killer/Survivor... Than yes, they could win again. Most likely not at the same time, but it really depends on what the devs choose as the winner(s).
