Ghostface addon/ability readjustment : (plus a lil on myers)
I'm going to keep this as brief as i possibly can to like make sure its as easy as possible to read:
Ghostface power recovery : Buff from 30s to 20s default.
Ghost face power recovery addons : Nerf from 4s to 2s, 6s to 3s and 8s to 4s. Most power recovery stacking will result in a 13s recovery time which is 2 seconds less then the power recovery with stacked addons now, but retains the usefulness of said addons whilst making them feel far less required.
Marked map : Decreases out of chase terror radius by 10m. Automatically reveals you as soon as you start a chase, and decreases the time survivors have to reveal you by 50%. This allows it more functionality as a meme addon as it is functionally very useless as the killer instinct effect also has the heartbeat, revealing to players where and what direction the revealer was in.
Victims detailed routine : Decreases the ghostfaces out of chase terror radius by 12m. Automatically reveals you as as soon as you start a chase. Stealth grants a speed bonus of 5%. This allows him greater map pressure, and a "Stealth build without stalking" when paired with the meme version of this addon, reducing his terror radius down to a max of 10m. it also increases his speed whilst not in a chase, allowing him to patrol easier, yet this bonus is removed upon entering a chase.
Drivers license : increase - detection range buff to 10m, with an added bonus of making survivors scream when one is marked successfully. Upon marking a survivor he will be broken out of stealth. Gives him some map awareness yet also allows him to more easily sneak up on survivors and mark them. appropriate for a purple addon. The screams are done obviously when he's chasing someone, so it gives time for survivors to reorganise, whilst also knocking him out of stealth to prevent him from marking and then immediately stealthing up on another player.
wallet/journal/headlines : alter percentages so that a max stack of them allows a player to stalk a survivor and move at 90% speed total. all remove the stalking survivor speed debuff, and only limit the amount of debuff you get from actually stalking. allows him to chase stalk essentially. kinda goofy, but buffs them to a point they could be somewhat useful?
GF caught on tape : If revealed, the survivor is marked for 16s. plays into the "caught on tape name" as this addon is far to weak for an ultra rare, whearas this effect could get you a free down on unsuscpeting players/whilst also making for a fun "oh shoot i revealed him"

Myers addons for movement speed whilst stalking get buffed to same level as ghostface ^
also make it so his stalking distance debuff caps at 20% ie so he can still stalk someone miles away just slower rather than not at all.
