Don't get me wrong, the devs did an amazing job.....buuuuut I hoped some perks will get nerfed/buffed/reworked. I'm actually kinda sad that only two perks were effected. But I guess we have to make one step at a time :)

    Who knows, there may be some unexpected unannounced changes when the PTB come out.

    Yeah, it's better this way because if we had major perk changes it could affect how the new map changes are viewed. So having a PTB for those changes while not changing any core mechanics will be better in the long run, because they can see how the changes affect gameplay now without influence of other changes.
