Grab exploit?

A survivor ran up to the hook and started to unhook in my face, but the game would not let me grab them. It would start the animation and just... stop.

Twice in a row and the survivor never let go.

New exploit ("tech") that will never be fixed?

    I got grabbed yesterday, so it definitely still works. Maybe it's your timing. Or maybe grab works with the same effectiveness as dead hard. 😂

    They didn't let go so it wasn't anything to do with timing.

    More likely a difference in Ping. Also grabs are pretty bad as of the introduction of dedicated servers and highly inconsistent.
