David makes no grunting noises after getting up with the perk Unbreakable

1. Michael Myers hits me in his Tier 3 from and puts me from the healthy state into the dying state.
2. He leaves me on the ground, following the Steve.
3. I get up alone without getting healed by using the perk Unbreakable.
4. Now David makes no grunting noises without the use of perks like Iron Will or Off The Record.
5. It finally fixed itself after getting hooked (1st time hook).

I do not know if the killer heard the grunting noises or not, but as seen in the video, I do not hear any grunting.

This is the first time it has happened to me.
