Spectating tooltips
A simple suggestion, but as someone who is still fairly new to the game would help me out immensley. When your spectating, or even when you are not but are like hooked or something, it would be amazingly useful to beable to hover over the perks of others, or even perk icons on your own screen to get a short-desc of what they do, or atleast just their name so you can look it up later? It'd really help players learn the game faster imho
